So all the gaiety and fun are over. Like most of you, my body has ballooned from the many gatherings and parties I have attended.
Being healthy is probably one of the many resolutions you have this 2016. Start this year healthy by joining the Amway Nutrilite Fun Run 2016 on January 24 at MOA.
